Abortion Clinic

A Psychological Thriller

Overview

In the forgotten town of Clarksdale, Mississippi, Dr. Jack Smith has been playing God for eighteen years. What began as a mission to save lives after his sister’s death from a botched abortion has evolved into something far darker—a secret laboratory where fetuses from abortion procedures are transferred to artificial wombs and brought to term without their mothers’ knowledge.

Among the 147 children born from this clandestine operation, six were kept by Dr. Smith himself. Raised as brothers, Marcus, Caleb, Elijah, Isaiah, Nathaniel, and Jonah have been taught that their very existence is miraculous—that they are living proof of the sanctity of life, saved from mothers who wanted to abort them and fathers who demanded it.

But when the brothers discover the identities of their biological fathers—men who coerced, manipulated, and threatened vulnerable women into terminating their pregnancies—they transform their father’s moral teachings into a mission of brutal vengeance. Armed with surgical precision and righteous fury, they hunt down these men one by one, castrating them as punishment for attempted murder and prevention of future sins.

As the number of castrations increases and Detective Daniel Cross—himself one of the targeted fathers—closes in on the truth, Dr. Smith must confront the horrifying reality of what he has created. His sons have become the very thing he claimed to fight against: destroyers of lives who justify violence with moral certainty.

ABORTION CLINIC is a provocative exploration of how good intentions can corrupt, how trauma perpetuates cycles of violence, and how the line between justice and vengeance disappears when righteousness becomes absolute. Set against the decaying backdrop of the Mississippi Delta, this dark thriller offers no easy answers—only the haunting question of what happens when playing God creates monsters instead of miracles.
